soldering - 16.02.2026

hello! - as title says this post is about soldering!
i wanted to start new project with esp32

rn i won't tell what would it be but you can guess :P

but going back to topic, for this project i needed to know soldering (which i didn't)
i bought myself cheap soldering iron kit (see it here)


first thing i tried to do was to solder in-kit cables

i don't have any stand to have cables in place so it went as it went...

and i was attacked by 250 degrees

at the end i went into soldering sd card module

for now i haven't checked if it works or not but i think i did it pretty decent

also wanted to show my fan to get smoke out (which i did after soldering... so more like to get out smell)

next time i tried (after few days) it went pretty well (at least in my opinion)
